Wendy's - Richm

I love wendys. my favorite. however this location is and has been worst restaurant i have been too. and with complaints constantly for years, NOTHING AT ALL CHANGES EXCEPT FOR THE WORST. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS LOCATION? IT COULD MAKE SO MUCH MONEY AT THIS LOCATION WITH NO COMPETITION NEARBY. ITS GOTTEN REDICULOUS. HOW ARE THEY STILL OPEN AND MAKING MONEY? ITS SHAMEFUL TO WENDYS BRAND

It has come up some but.. still waiting on more improvements. Employees are rude. Food sometimes cold..Out of salads or lettuce not fresh. Please someone help!!!

Firstly I wanna say the customer service through drive thru was amazing, nothing about the interaction with the workers was wrong, I ordered a sweet tea and it was really unsweetened and the worker was nice enough to give me another drink, the thing I’m disappointed about is the fries, which were cold and not fresh and I ordered baconator fries and when I got home I noticed that it was just shredded cheese (non melted) and bacon on top. If I wanted fries like this I would’ve just made them at home. But everything else was okay

Hello, food and service were AWESOME, but in a thunderstorm today the poor employees were getting soaked in the drive thru, there's no cover over the window (like most places), so hopefully managers can add a cover to the drive thru or supply employees with rain gear/cold weather gear. Then its an easy 5 star

Service was a little slow but the people were really nice.
