Taco Bell - Richlands

Wish I could get a -10 Will never eat at this Taco Bell again. Not only did I wait 20 minutes for my food inside everyone through the drive through even got their food even ones that came after i did got their food before me all I ordered was 5 things it shouldn’t of took 20 minutes to get my food when others were getting theirs. They got my order completely wrong, and they gave me a broken cup. There was also 4 people cooking so ??‍ Shouldn’t of took that long. Plus my tacos were soaked and literally fell apart. -10/10 wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell. Save your money and go to the one in cedar bluff.

We always eat at taco bell in Grundy, Va. And they have been great! They are always respectful and polite and our food is always given to us promptly.

There service is all ways good inside the restaurant is all ways clean

This restaurant is great - good food, reasonable prices, friendly staff, and they are the only ones in the area that sell the chili cheese burrito. It's a must-try!

The staff were very rude, with one lady rolling her eyes, putting her finger up, and serving other customers before answering our simple question.
