I stopped by for an energy drink on my way to a work meeting and had a very disappointing experience. The staff didn’t greet me at all and the sliding window was abruptly slammed shut when I approached. After receiving my drink, she slammed the window again, and to my surprise, it exploded the moment I got it in my car. I have no idea how that happened, but it kept overflowing, covering my clothes in the process. I ended up having to reschedule my meeting because of the mess. I wanted to ask for napkins, but she never returned to the window. As a former barista, I know this kind of situation can be easily avoided. Overall, it was very frustrating.

I visited this coffee shop and ordered four drinks. When I approached the counter, the girl asked if we had just one drink, and I explained that we had ordered four. She looked completely bewildered, as if no one had taken our order. In fact, another girl had taken our order while we were standing in line outside. When we finally received our drinks, they all looked identical, and I had to inquire about which drink was which. Unfortunately, they weren't labeled. One of our orders had an allergy concern, and we couldn't distinguish between them. The staff had to guess which drink contained the allergen, which was incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. We left feeling unsatisfied, and I’m really disappointed we won’t be returning. If my mom had consumed that drink, it could have been dangerous for her, and the same goes for any child with allergies. Overall, my experience was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values professionalism and safety when it comes to food and drinks.
