Bidra med feedbackI was very surprised how the management handled their mistakes. My wife and I came to enjoy a night of the children. The waiter sold me to a special Bone-in entry. I was told that it was by far the best cut they had. He verified that I wanted it medium and when ot came, it was well done on the outside and very rare through the bone. Cold on the touch inside. He talked to the manager and the manager told him they couldn't do anything about it. He said the bone makes it hard to cook. Then he gave me an invoice with a fee of $125 for the fillet. I like to pay the best price for exceptional food, but that wasn't that. If your chef cannot cook a steak evenly, you do not have a place to sell it and to load top price. He brought a piece of chocolate cake after I told him I don't have any sugar as an offer. I took it home for my children, but this is just a bad effort to fix their mistake.
Our waiter would go missing and then when he came back he was a little overbearing. Some of our orders were wrong, he never brought lemons after being asked 2 times, and when our food came out he started serving sides that individuals ordered to everyone at the table, even after being told not to. It was kind of a weird experience. Although the food was good we felt like we could have gone to Texas Roadhouse and enjoyed ourselves just as much without a $550.00 bill.
Silver Fox has always been an excellent steak house, and still is.
The staff was very friendly, but the service was slow for our table. It wasn't that for other tables. The food was amazing. The steaks were cooked for perfection.
Had to send back sea bass as undercooked and the vegetables were reheated to stay warm thus not fresh looking Should have provided a full fresh plate
