Pizza Hut Express - Richardson

Orded a pizza from this place tonight, not only were the blows wrong, but three of the pieces had no cheese or sauce. Seriously?

The pizza was an hour and 5 mins late and showed up looking like a stone cold piece of cardboard, it was so cold and tough it roughed up the roof of my mouth trying to eat it. Worst of all was the customer service when we called to let them know they said it arrived 1 min before the cut off time so they weren't going to do a thing about it. We ordered this for our entire office so they just lost 10 peoples worth of business for a lifetime, absolutely a junk company and even worse pizza.

This Pizza Hut is the first I've been to without free cheese or chili pepper offered. They instead charge you $1 if u want to add either to your pizza order. The pizza quality I ordered on Saturday was off from my normal. I ordered a hand tossed pizza and when I went to eat it I realized my pizza dough was a millimeter thick. It was barely enough to hold my toppings together. The 3 stars is because the employees were still quick to finish my order and it still tasted pretty decent

I celebrated my birthday this evening in this gorgeous place. happy to tell that it was a awesome evening and the venue was clearly the reason for that outstanding celebration. The team contributed in a graceful way, the meals were great and my buddies were extremely thrilled. We shall surely come back again for more events. thanks very much.

The worst. They don 't even know how to speak/communicate. I felt like I was in an auction. The only word I could understand was huh . Really bad customer service. Dominos all the way.
