Little Caesars Pizza - Richardson

I placed my order online for pickup. When I arrived at the time, it wasn't ready. I had to wait 10 minutes. When it was done, the pizza came wrong. I explained the pizza was for my children and I couldn't have Jalapenos on it. They offered a refund, or they could get it back. I had no more time to wait, I was late because I was on the 1st. I had to wait. I asked for something else that had no Jalapenos, they said I had to pay an extra pizza, although it wasn't my mistake. This is not the first time that this happens. I had to wait several times before they regained, but this time I was in a hurry and had to go for my children to eat. This is unacceptable! Worst customer service ever!!

I will not be returning here for a long time. I've had many problems with them from making incorrect change to getting the wrong order, but today was the last straw. I ordered an Extra Most Bestest Cheese pizza, not a Hot-N-Ready. There were so many bubbles on the pizza that half of it was without any cheese or sauce. If this is their bestest, then I will no longer ingest this!

So 2nd time I've ordered from this place. Both times, there have been problems. This is the 2nd time. So I ordered the pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust pizza combo. Great deal, looks good and you get a soda to boot. Sadly, I did not get the 2 liter soda delivered with my order. So I shrug and think....I don't need the coke anyway. Pull out the crazy bread except that it's just bread, it does not have the butter or parmesan on it. Now I'm a little agitated. I check the pizza (at least they got that right). I checked the Deep! Deep! Dish Pepperoni, and sadly, while not affected, the box was closed ON the pizza which shows poor presentation.

Just left this place, I JUST OPENED MY the jalapeno cheese and there was MOLD in it !!!!!!I highly do not recommend this place, I gave them one star just because the pizza was at least decent. People working there can understand us know we could understand them there was one kid with a man bun and should had it had a fishnet on his hair he was flinging it around as he walked everywhere making pizzas. So not worth the long drive so so grossed out

This is the guy who Prep the pizza. He prep the pizzas and take the money at the same time without wash his hands. Also the store looks pretty bad condition and dirty.
