Geno's - Ribble Valley

This restaurant used to be a great spot for kebabs, but not anymore. On our second visit, we had a disappointing experience – the chicken was undercooked and inedible, so we had to throw it away. We should have gone back to complain, but we were too tired and decided to leave it. We decided to give it another chance, but this time the chicken was overcooked and cut into thin, dry slices. The waiting time for our food was also longer than expected. Overall, it's not worth it anymore, as there are plenty of other dining options nearby. We used to love the kebabs here, but now they seem rushed and not as enjoyable. It was a very disappointing experience, despite the friendly staff. Something seems off with the food quality.

For the last three years it's been really good consistent food that has been delivered on time. Recent management changes have meant the last 5 orders have had issues from a vegetarian pizza coming with chicken to each order being delayed by over an hour and the owners confirming it has left the takeaway and would be there within 2 mins which has resulted in orders being delayed further. Its a shame as the food is has previously been good but I will look for an alternative takeaway.

I am very disappointed. This used to be our go-to place, but recently there has been a wait of over 2 hours each time. Every time we call, they say they are on their way. When we placed our order, we asked how long delivery would take, otherwise we would pick it up. They said 45 minutes, but 2 hours later, we still have not received our order.

Nice food and we will use again Burger kebab pizza chips. All very nice. A very busy place, so had to wait a while, buts that fine. Keep up the good work.

Every year when we come on holiday to Beacon Fell, we make sure to visit this restaurant for dinner. Our go-to order is always the kebabs, which we highly recommend. The food is consistently of high quality and delicious.
