Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Rialto

Normally I love Ono Hawaiian BBQ, we get it as a special treat when we come out of town so it was my first time at this specific location. I was very disappointed with our food today. The meat was really fatty, the portions were really small, customer service was subpar, we asked for napkins cause they keep them behind the counter, he gave us two lol. Won't be coming back to this location.

I arrived at the restaurant at 8pm and I was told I couldn't dine in anymore when the restaurant closes at 9pm....why?? And the food portions were so small compared to other locations. I wont be coming to this location again.Food: 1/5

Good food, customer service, but the staff cleans up and stacks up the chairs at 7:50 even though they close at 9 . So don't plan to eat in after 7:40 because they will give you attitude.

The place looks decent the service is good but the food is absolutely garbage. Squishy, and bland.

The worst customer service from the lady in the cashier her name is Victoria she has an attitude that looks like she does does not want to work at all the way of being makes customers not want to come back and buy food from this place she needs to learn how to treat the customers
