Eurl Le Milan - Rethel

Halfway through Champagne, you can stop in Rethel, the world capital of the white goat I recommend the Marcassin, a small restaurant located in front of the city hall and not far from the Demoizet Charcuterie. The welcome is nice and the regional dishes of the itou slate: well-safe, snails, goat, country ham, paste, entrecôte, lost breads (a slaughter), ice creams and the CAROLO so called in tribute to the inhabitants of Charleville Mézières: “the carolomacériens”. The CAROLO is actually a delicious almond meringue with a light praline cream.... Good road.

Very good reception, friendly atmosphere. The menu and the dishes of the day allow you to delight all the desires.

The dishes are very good, of good quality, well garnished. Fast and pleasant service, finally peanuts when taking a drink. Just desserts around 7 to 8th a little expensive when the dishes turn on 15 to 20th. But then for home fact it's justified. Bravo to the teams!

Very friendly welcome and service as much. By the way to this city, I enjoyed the lunch that allowed me to continue my shaved road. The baking of the pavement was as desired, the excellent foie gras sauce. I recommend this establishment.
