Sweet Frog - Reston

I was really disappointed with my experience! Most of the flavors were unavailable, which they claimed was just a temporary situation. It felt like a lie! My family was told it was due to shipment issues, but I don't understand why they were open under those circumstances. It's just ridiculous! On the positive side, the environment was clean and the staff were friendly.

I really enjoy Sweet Frog, but I don't know if anyone else has noticed the huge cockroach problem outside near the trash cans. They come out at night. I believe this issue is more related to the North Point area, but I'm surprised no one has mentioned it here yet.

We were really looking forward to dining here since they advertised a 12:00 PM opening time. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the doors were still locked, and the lights were off. It was quite disappointing to find the place empty and not open.

I prefer this location over the one on Lee Jackson Memorial Highway. The cashier was very kind, and the store was extremely clean. I highly recommend it!

We've always been fans of Sweet Frog, but we haven't visited in a while. Unfortunately, several of the yogurt machines were out of order, which left us with a very limited selection. Additionally, the cleanliness didn't seem up to the standard I typically remember.
