Very nice place to sit outside and enjoy good ice cream. Their matcha is ok, their coffee is sooo good I’d recommend the hazelnut latte.

Great espresso drinks and amazing gelato and sorbetto.

We visited this place yesterday afternoon and of course the product was great but the five plus employees working behind the counter totally bypassed my daughter and I, and they served the folks behind us. I had to waved my arms to get someone 's attention. Really?

The gelato itself is very good but I didn't have a great experience with the service. I got a $5 Birthday reward, so I drove over 40 minutes just to use it and the people at the cashier didn't know how to apply the reward. They ended up charging me for the full price after telling me they corrected the charge to apply the discount. I later checked my credit card and realized that the cashier never fixed the charge. I feel like Pitango either needs to train their cashiers better so they know how to apply the rewards they give out or you shouldn't give rewards at all. It's really annoying when you send people false advertising without telling them that the rewards don't work. I'm fine with paying the full price but it's really frustrating when you send me fake rewards to get me to go out of my way to buy your product.
