La Ripaille - Repentigny

I went to this restaurant with a group on Saturday and we were served a table d'hote since we were a large group. However, the menu was not what we were expecting. As someone who doesn't eat meat but does eat fish and cannot have dairy, I found that there was nothing on the menu that suited my dietary restrictions. When I asked if they could accommodate me, they said they would try. I ended up with a disappointing salad that consisted of iceberg lettuce, two slices of tomatoes, a bit of dressing, and fries. It was not what I would consider a proper salad with ingredients like cucumbers, olives, and shredded carrots. It's disappointing that a restaurant cannot cater to customers with dietary restrictions, especially when so many people have intolerances nowadays. Furthermore, the service was slow as half of our group had finished their meals and left by the time the last person was served. I would not recommend this restaurant for group outings. It was the worst dining experience I have ever had.

We visited the restaurant for the second time last Friday and once again on Saturday, and they had live music both nights. It was a very enjoyable experience and made for a lovely evening. We would rate the food a 9 out of 10. The staff was very friendly, although there were some delays due to limited employees. However, they had music playing while we waited, which was a nice touch. We plan on returning in the coming weeks.

This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The atmosphere at night is excellent, and the food is incredible.

Came here a few years back and it was such a cool experience we ate outside and everyone walking around working there was dressed up.
