Rick's Delicafe - Reno

I heard this spot is one of the best in Reno, which is baffling. The roast beef on my Godfather tasted and felt like philly cheesesteak puck meat, and it was outstandingly soggy on the bottom. Drenching the sandwich in spicy mayo might fool somefolks, but that thing had no flavor on it's own. Just mayo and cheap beef

First of all, they made fresh brownies this morning so naturally I ordered one (3). Quite literally one of the best brownies I've had and it melts in your mouth. Second, as usual, the sandwich is incredible. Third, the cherry topper, they always havefantastic customer service!

Great food, however customer service is lacking. Ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 cookies, and 2 brownies. 1 of the sandwiches was made completely wrong, didn't get brownies instead got 2 bags of chips that were smashed. Called restaurant to inform, no one everanswers the phones. I understand you get what you pay for. $70 for 4 sandwiches, and few sweets. One would think they couldafford to pay an employee to return calls or answer the the phone.
