Mcdonald's - Reno

I was extremely hungry this time and two Big Macs, a large Dr. Pepper, and large fries really hit the spot. It was so delicious that I can't help but crave it again. The food here is incredibly addictive; it's like a drug. I can't imagine life without it. So good.

Great food, the author for the drive thru must slow down. I tried to order more food than just a mcchik and I was cut off by the excessive child game. outside of it, this location is probably the most convenient and accurate with orders. I still go to this place for eating, please tell him to take a chill pill, it's not a race.

During the shift stop, and when we have come into the window to pay, we are only cash reported and their system was down, so it was a longer waiting period for everyone, it was a good thing that I had enough money to pay for our meal. they couldn't even give us a reception.

This is after wiping a small part of their playground that little kids crawl on. I don't know the last time they wiped it down but I remember when I was younger it had to be done nightly. I promise you this isn't from today. The actually dining area was gross and I had to ask to have someone clean it because I would not allow my family to eat in it in that condition. Even after she wiped it down I had to do it over again. It's was not that busy. The regular dining area was bad too. Come on... I know it's just McDonald's but have some sliver of common decency for the people that spend their hard earned money there. I'm very disappointed with this visit to say the least. We are still in a pandemic! And now another is upon us. Can we try and care... just a little. If it's too much to ask for, then close the kids area down. Simple!

Not sure if this is how it's supposed to look, but it's also dry as hell. Tried to call and no one answers the phone. That's supposed to be crispy chicken.
