Tim Hortons - Renfrew

We tend to stop here on our drives to Ottawa. Always takes forever for a couple simple coffees and donuts. To top it off, today I asked for a latte and got a black coffee. We'll be stopping at McDonald's next time. Our fault it took us this long to learn.

Love the girls that work in here.. I go at least once a week and always have a huge order and without a thought they get it done super fast thank you ladys keep up the amazing

The staff are always on the ball here never had a problem with my orders. And the staff are always courteous and very helpful.

Bathroom is disgusting.Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes with my child waiting to order. As I stood there, 4 employees SAUNTERED by me, not even acknowledging my presence.Since when did customer service and standards go out the window? Whoever trained these young kids (because there wasn't an ADULT in sight) did VERY VERY POORLY.ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS.A total CRAPTASTIC experience and I'll never go back there again.

Quick drive thru even with a lineup. I would recommend going drive thru over dine in because they heavily prioritize drive thru. You’ll be waiting a while inside.The food is standard Tim Hortons quality.
