Le Foch - Reims

Nice discovery! A very rich menu, a complete wine card and a careful service. We came to Reims a weekend and it was a good choice for dinner!

Sober and elegant frame, very pleasant felt atmosphere. The service is discreet and user-friendly. The kitchen, a mix of creativity and delicious classic. We had tasted at the entrance of the decline around the sea composed of a beef tartre and an oyster emulation of sea water, creamy of fennel shrimp sanded parmesan and 3rd small blue inlet stud of honey vinaigrette. In dish 1 roasted pigeon with sweet corn foie gras potatoes and 1 blue lobster cooked in its hull and garlic potatoes finally confined in the raspberry dessert vanilla and 1 everything. caramel. this lunch was fabulous and the ratio of good price. Note that there are menus and that the 1st is 37 euros.

Restaurant we love my favorite on Reims. Quality of products, flavours, a presentation of plates, the staff listened very attentive and Mrs. Louaze who always advises us the champagne that adapts well to our choice of dishes.

An excellent restaurant ideally located in which I have luncheon several times and will continue to go!
