Bidra med feedbackAm I the only person that thinks that Sheetz never needed a drive thru? It is the most neglected area of every store, and it probably makes a significant amount of money for every store. I've been a customer here for years. I sent my son to pick up an order that I paid for online. 2 drinks, $11.38. He was given 3 drinks that he paid $14.50 for. I called the store, explained what happened, I was told to come back. My sonbtook the drinks back, and they have refused to refund my money. Mind you, we live 25 minutes away from this store. What we're they going to do with 3 melted drinks after 50 minutes of transport? What customer were you going to pawn that off on? I called back and was told my son did not bring the drinks back. He did take them back and they did not want them at the window. He traveled with 3 drinks in a drink tray, why would he continue to keep them? I'm aloyal customer at this store, but today was the last day of it. I will never come back to this store again. At night time, this drive through will give you anything. I spend alot of money here, but I will not pay $27 for 2 drinks. For this store to even expect me to, I'm disappointed. We live a good ways from this store. The drinks the initially sent were no good for anyone, but I am left with paying for them because they gave them to the wrong customer. I will contact the morning manager or the corporate office. I'm over these places that have no care for the customer that assist in paying their income. For my career, when I ignore my customers, they usually have a grave outcome. I will never give my money to this store ever again.
I have been coming to this Sheetz since I moved to Reidsville three years ago, and I just want to say that I am always impressed with the level of customer service we receive, the quality of the food, and the cleanliness of the store, particularly the restrooms. Keep it up and you will always have a customer in me.
Update: can’t reach anyone through the customer service number. But, ordered delivery today and items were missing. And there’s no way through the app to just click a button to list something missing or whatever. I’m starting to miss Wawa. I do like that Sheetz is so close to me. I like that I can order my food through the app. Today (yes Christmas Day) we ordered two drinks, 2 sandwiches and some sides through the app. We went in when it said It’d be ready. Got home the sandwich was missing chicken and the hot chocolate and coffee along with all the food was cold. And the sides come with sauces those were missing too. I know they were busy but they rushed and we got the result of it. The food isn’t cheap so for it to be cold and missing ingredients is a big deal. Typically, you always have to wait for long periods of time so we figured using the app would be better. Nope.
Ordered an app sampler then stood for an hour waiting. Ended up walking out without it. Worst kitchen staff on the planet. Keep it up guys
Just sat for 45 mins in the drive thru all to be told my food hadn 't even been made yet and that it would be another 20 mins. The girl with glasses has terrible customer service skills, she never gave me a receipt and didn 't care at all to correct my order, smoking a cigarette and being on her phone was more important, I understand considering the pay but no one should wait over a hour for fast food .
