Burger King - Reidsville

They forgot the sauce on my burger that I paid extra for so the food was very dry. The fries also arent very good but i dont think thats a location issue, I think its a Burger King recipe isssue. Overall the food was a 5/10. I wouldnt order again and truth be told I wish I could get my money back. The wrap I got was also gross and greasy.

Fries wasnt done and burger made sloppy!! Come on now my kids cant eat that!!

The sandwiches are delicious, but once again, my sauces were forgotten.

Orderd a ghost pepper whopper and got a bun and a patty

Alexis, whom I believe is her name, at this restaurant has always been extremely polite, friendly, and professional. I have been visiting this Burger King location for at least 15 years, and she always seems to be there, regardless of the weather or COVID conditions. I cannot praise her professionalism enough. I am not sure if she is the store manager, but if not, she should definitely be considered for that position or even higher.
