As already written several times, there were forgotten things or wrong things in there. The wrong sauce was put on the nuggets and I spoke up about it. I was just told to wait, to which I politely replied that it wasn 't a problem. Then I was told that I had the right sauce in it and that I had to click correctly in the app. Since I had proof that I was right, I showed it to you. They exchange the sauces but there was no apology. And the most blatant incident, there are ice cream sundaes with a deposit. If you return the cup you should normally get the deposit back. However, they didn 't want to give me the deposit back because the cup was allegedly damaged. We received the cup as is, ate the ice cream and even rinsed the cup and brought it back. The woman just said I didn 't want to argue and gave me the deposit back. When I asked support, I got this answer: We actually don 't take back damaged cups. We have to dispose of them and this incurs costs for us. I 'm sorry, what? But the customer should pay for it if he hasn 't done anything about it? impudence So consider whether you want to go through the stress of the deposit.

All of them! I'm not jamming, but what I can't do is that the staff themselves sit in the restaurant and eat! And to crown, they still lean against the wall and lay up their legs! If I had been boss, I would have got it right away. Next time I'll throw my wife's tablet on the table!
