Arrived on Saturday night to find out that three different menu items were sold out. Menu is not as enjoyable as it use to be as it appears the restaurant is trying all sorts of new items and not really sticking to their best dishes which used to be the halibut, steak frites, spaghetti casio et pepe, etc. Waited almost 25 minutes for cocktails. The server was great but she could not resolve the flow of cocktails and menu issues. Sweet potato chips were not crisp or crunchy but chewy. Deviled eggs were watery as if they had been sitting around. We have had better meals at Fork Flask. It is sad to see that a good mainstay has gone downhill as this use to be one of our favorites.

Shawn did an amazing job considering he was working the and attending to tables in bar area. He was very nice , professional and kept his cool. He had a lot of pressure in taking charge of so many people and tables. I can't remember his name but the young guy whose house burned down. This guy did a great job as well in checking how things were. He was friendly and nice to talk with. Carrie Bagnatori
Enjoyable experience, but a bit underwhelming. Our table placement was not ideal, so that likely detracted from the experience. Waitress and bartender had a hard time communicating, and drinks too far too long. Cheese platter was small for the price. Food was well made, but lacked some flavor. Desert options were uninspiring, so we passed.
