This location of South Albert, Regina has amazing, friendly and helpful staff!! They always have a smile on their faces to greet you and they really seem to enjoy their jobs. Excellent customer service at this place!!! The food is always fresh and hot! I love her classic breakfast and great value. I recommend this A

The standard Bacon and egg plate is consistently good!!! Eggs as you like them: place on your table when ready,,,,, good coffee with free refills .... asks staff clean premises also the burgers are good.... Open 24/7 for...riders....

On a recent trip, my companions and I utilized some A&W coupons that we had and stopped at the restaurant on our way out of Regina. We used a coupon for a combo meal and added an extra burger. We shared the fries and drinks and each had a burger that tasted deliciously like real meat, with just the right amount of spice and perfectly cooked. It satisfied our cravings completely. Throughout our trip, we took advantage of the combined meal deals and coupon offers at A&W for quick and tasty fast food meals. We enjoyed them just as much, if not more, than we would have enjoyed a sub sandwich.

Usually I go there to have burgers or egg cheese. Staff never greeting, no smile. Tables not usually clean either you have to clean by yourself or asked the staff to come to clean what they suppose to do before customer asks. Today I ordered...cheese egg. I was almost done with my egg sandwich and when I open buns to put some honey my wife notified my of green color of fried egg. We left the shop and since then I have been feeling sick. Spend your weekend somewhere you get quality and service

This restaurant has gone completely downhill. As a senior on a limited budget, I like to use A&W coupons when I dine there. I ordered a bacon egg sandwich for $2.99 and 2 apple juices for $1, totaling $3.99 before taxes. The cashier, a young woman, insisted I pay $5.41, when it should have only been $4.43. This isn't the first time they've overcharged me, and I suspect it's intentional. The cashier was rude and arrogant, and they don't even provide receipts unless you ask for one. I will not be returning to this place and would not recommend it to others.
