Bubble Waffle - Redondo Beach

I like how the waffel is made fresh and it is not extremely sweet. the combination of taste is really good: the waffel, ice and fruits complicate very well and finally the participant/owner/girl is also very sweet.

Unfortunately place was closed when it showed open on google maps and yelp. This is very frustrating as I went out of my way to get there and when I arrived it was closed.

This little gem is tucked away in the corner of the food court. You can choose chocolate, strawberry, or regular bubble waffles. They fill the waffles with ice cream and your choice of toppings.

I think this will be the new spot to go for amazing dessert. The waffle was amazing, the ice cream was amazing! Everything was the right amount of sweet! The girl that attended us was so friendly and talkative, she made our first time being there great! I unfortunately didn't catch her name but she gave us a great experience! :

Wasn't expecting to find an egg waffle place inside South Bay Galleria.It's a little too American-waffly as opposed to proper Taiwanese egg waffle, not quite crisp enough on the outside nor light enough on the inside. Actually that's not right, something about a little too doughy on the inside? Either way it felt off just enough to be detectable.And instead of focusing on just a beautiful crispy egg waffle, they want to cover it in chocolate syrup or nutella or ice cream, making it a much more substantial dessert. Nothing wrong with that, but clearly not a traditional place (not that you'd expect it to be a traditional Taiwanese place *grins* . And yes, you can still ask for and order a plain egg waffle!
