Well... 2nd redon restaurant, 2nd nice surprise! To begin with, the interior decor is magnificent, timeless and atypical. Pure on the culinary side, we find the menu of cocktails that have to move to the black background restaurants of a dozen cocktails with and without alcohol. They're very good. In the meantime, we were served with fish rillettes with homemade chips and garlic bread, really great! For dishes, really bluffed, a small potato with a purée worked really good parmentine, not scary as some may be, then a second type savoyard well tasted as well. The coast of 300g was pretty and I didn't get that much fat. And the foie gras sauce. The porter was excellent too. The kids loved their peacock pane and my wife's spindos with her poached foie gras was great too. For desserts, a little disappointment for the pana cotta but it is Ue my personal opinion too small, lack of flavor and too firm) it is wonderfully surrounded by a super good cookie. The waffle probably with the orange in the whip is as large. The woman's aumonier was super handsome and good, just as I tasted. We will return with the whole family hoping that they will not come at the same time, we will be able to come full of time. Thank you for this great meal
