The atmosphere was fantastic! The bartender was friendly and truly dedicated to the customers!

The food was prepared quickly and was delicious. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. The bartender was always cleaning when not making drinks, but still took the time to engage with customers. I will definitely come back!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the poor customer service. I highly suggest that they consider hiring new staff who have experience in customer service. It appears that the current employees prefer to socialize with their friends rather than attend to customers, and as long as this management is in place, I don't see things changing. Unfortunately, my friends and I won’t be returning. Best of luck to them in the future.

Went here because I read other reviews say there were really good pool tables. They were the possibly the worst pool tables I've ever played on? I feel badly saying so, but there were huge rips in the felt and several spots.As for the rest of the atmosphere, it was 6:30 p.m. on a weekday and the place was empty except 3 friends/regulars at the bar. Sort of expected that for Redmond on a weekday, which is fine.Draft came to $5.50 i think. Went to put a dollar down so I didn't leave a 50¢ tip, which I could use on the pool table. Bartender never gave the 50 cents back and just took the dollar. I don't know what's up with bartenders doing this, but it's the second time in a month I find it a lil.. rude. Presumptuous service that slightly discourages future gratuity, ya know. Not huge. Just a lil ew.On the bright side, the bartender let me try 2 drafts before deciding, and was overall very nice.
