Papa Murphy's Take 'n' Bake Pizza

A pizza went unpicked up at the restaurant, leading to a discount for us. It turned out to be one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted!

I was reminded today why I stopped coming to this restaurant. I ordered my pizza online about two hours before I needed to pick it up. When I arrived, there was a young employee behind the counter who didn’t acknowledge me. I stood there for a while before a woman finally turned her head around the corner and greeted me. Eventually, someone came to assist me, but the young person searching for my pizza barely glanced at the racks and told me they couldn’t find my order. Luckily, another employee came by and was very helpful; they pulled my pizza from behind the counter. I remember the days when you would walk into Papa Murphy’s and feel welcomed, with someone eager to assist you. Now, it feels like being there is just an inconvenience. I've also heard reports of some employees making fun of others and engaging in off-topic conversations while customers are waiting, all of which happens right under management's nose.

The service is always excellent, and the pizzas are consistently delivered on time and of high quality. This is by far our favorite place to get pizza.

2 pizzas ordered via the phone, both my wife and me and I could hear the call, and had arrived only a pizza and it was wrong. they claimed that they had repaired it and made the other pizza, the pizza that they repaired was a filled pizza, so they got boiled to home and realized that it had additional stuff in it that we did not like, did not find this only 30 minutes before closing out, they called that I could bring back the hot cut pizza, but we live outside the city a kind and had no time to shut it again.

My favorite go to is Mediterranean Delight. Pizza is always ready as promised and the staff is very helpful.
