I C Poke - Redmond

The young man serving us this evening was outstanding! He was very respectful and articulate. The food was excellent, but the service was even better! Go Cougs!

I really wanted to enjoy this restaurant because it appeared to be run by a charming couple, and the place was inviting and clean. The food was decent, but I have to admit that the portion sizes were quite small for the price. After tax and tip, my unagi bowl cost me over $18. It’s an acceptable option if you’re in the neighborhood and have a craving for poké, but you could likely find better value at other places. A side note: if you use the Clover rewards app, you can get one free bowl for every ten purchased.

Before the renovation, IC Poke was my go-to spot every Tuesday! The portion sizes of the food and the sauce they provided were just right. However, I visited today for the first time after they reopened and was quite disappointed. The spicy tuna is now different—it’s made almost exactly like the spicy salmon, and there's no unagi. I requested a light serving of rice, but she also skimped on the overall amount of food, and it cost $14. There was barely any sauce on top as well. Overall, the taste of the food was not good at all. Previously, I would rate it a perfect 10/10, but now—being generous—I’d give it a 3/10.

The fish and ingredients are of excellent quality. It's a fantastic value for the price, and I'm really pleased to have such a great option in Redmond! I'll definitely return!

The poke bowl was absolutely perfect. I had it for lunch, and it left me feeling quite full by the end. This is a great spot for a quick lunch or dinner. The bowl is definitely worth the price, and the service is fantastic as well. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!
