Rui's Shanghai Bistro - Redlands

My first impression of Rui 's Shanghai Bistro as I walked in, gave me that vibe of one of those modern infusion type eateries like you see in a movie where your served your meal made out of foam ? very spacious and extremely clean. The bathrooms are very clean also. Something that 's rare these days. Service was very quick and the food is fresh and hot. The staff are very friendly but focused on serving the customer. The food was bomb , very fresh, flavorful, just overall great. If you enjoy Chinese cuisine trust me, try Rui 's Shanghai Bistro. I 've already been back twice, myself. Give them a try ??

My husband and I had never been to this restaurant so thought we would try it. Walking in I was impressed with the decor. We were seated within 5 min. They have two dining areas and a bar. I like all the large windows to view outside which is pretty with their landscaping. I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp that came with a bowl of rice, it was very good. My husband ordered the Chicken Chow Mein, he enjoyed his meal. We will be back.

I used to work for the husband and wife, owners if this restaurant back when they were on lugonia ave. They are hard working, very considerate and appreciative. They always made the employees sit down and eat when we would close to prepare for dinner. Very generous. I was a dishwasher. Their food was very different from others Ive tasted. very authentic. Unique flavors. Lots of ingredients within each item prepared and they always were very busy with customers lunch and dinner. Everyone seemed happy to have eaten there and appreciative. Thank you again.

Had lunch here today and it was great! They have a very large menu with amazing dishes! Usually I have to drive to Cathedral City for some of these dishes. Our waiter was so nice and the restaurant is a large and beautiful space.Food: 5/5

The orange beef is wonderful and the chicken curry is amazing. Also had the fried rice awesome had the Thai iced tea blended amazing awesome service will definitely be coming back again. Thank you.
