The Dock - Redfern

They make a great Docks hard limonade! this is a secret drink that is not on the menu. make sure that they ask the bar staff and try it!

It was a small bar that turned surprisingly late in the night into a packed dance floor. I'd give it 4 if the music wasn't so terrible what a shame was. the ambiente was great and a decent dancing was hard to come.

Wonderful Night at the DOCK’s 1st birthday. Drinks were $5. Docktails $10. Tried a lot of the menu. Amaretto Sours/Pisco/Long Island/Baby Guiness shot/Carpioska. Good vibey fun. We actually managed to get seats out front so it was a lovely boozey evening. Happy Birthday THE DOCK!!

This is the place to go in the up and coming Redfern scene, don't be afraid of the trendiness, The Dock is a down to earth small bar. With friendly staff and a great atmosphere conducive to meeting like minded people, it offers modestly priced drinks, and well made, inventive cocktails. Couple this with their lunch and dinner specials of steamed dumplings and edamame, it's a truly fulfilling experience. I can't recommend this bar enough, go and check it out!

Mr Miyagi's homebrew. A great little place. Friendly staff, relaxed vibe, and nice cold beer on tap; Orion, an Okinawan drop that I'd never tasted before. I popped in for a quick after work drink and ended up having about 8. Didn't try their food (maybe it would have been a good idea, given how quickly the Orions were going down), but the free popcorn was a nice touch. I'll definitely be back.
