Eaten here many times and the good never disappoints. Yes you cannot book for dinner but we generally do lunch. The beer on tap is Budweiser Hungarian and is a top drop. There is a good wine selection and the tasting plate of cured meets and pickled vegetable is excellentWill continue to eat there

Great atmosphere and very popular. Started in the bar at the back of the restaurant with a cocktail, great vibe. Dinner was fantastic well presented and extremely tastey. Staff were attentive and super friendly. Mid range price wise, highly recommend a visit.

We ate dinner on a Friday night and the restaurant was very busy so I would recommend that you book ahead. This part of Redfern is changing and the Redfern Continental fits the bill. We had good service and our meals were delicious. Despite being busy our food came out quickly. I would recommend eating here.

We started with a couple of cocktails in the GDR bar at the back, terrific place excellent drink list and expert bartender. The restaurant was a treat with fab cuisine and great flavours all in nice surroundings.

This hipster restaurant in a corner of Redfern has started the restaurant revolution that this corner of Sydney has been needing. No reservations is a pain, but waiting in the cocktail bar behind the door at the rear is a treat - and the staff come and collect you when your table is ready. The food is just great traditional Italian - the prawn orrichetti being a favorite with the schnitzel (did I say Italian?) coming in a fast second. Sensational salads and an hugely interesting wine list make this a Friday night favorite.
