Bidra med feedbackThe Redding Roadhouse is a beautiful establishment but we had a very poor experience there on a recent Saturday evening. I completely understand a slower pace at restaurants due to COVID and am patient but we sat for 75 minutes before we received our food. Everyone around us, who were seated after us, received their food before we received ours. Our server simply forgot to put in our order and never checked on our table and was impossible to flag down. We had our 6 year old daughter with us and she was starving. When we were able to flag her down, there was no apology, simply I 'll check. The manager came over to deliver the food with no apology. I find a simple acknowledgement of the program and an apology go a long way especially with me. The food was actually good BUT I will never go there, nor recommended Redding Roadhouse, because the service and customer relations were so so poor. Unfortunate because it 's a great looking local place.
They have changed their menu and food are limited compared to previous visits. I have no problem with limited decisions when it is good, but the restaurant was not busy crazy and it was obvious that my eating was sitting under a warming lamp for a dae. I am looking forward to a solemn evening and it was a gloom. will only come in warmer months to sit outside and enjoy drinks that skip eating.
Friday evening gave us a BBQ menu. we missed ourselves in the dining room that could be warmer. eating was okay, the sides were better. it is bbq on wintertime and thousands of miles away where they do bbq well. I wish it was smoked wood instead of propane. the place was not willing to dessert, as the ice on our waffelnsonne had definitely burned froster. Oh, good. we would come back to try regular menu. or maybe just sit on the bar and have beer and pommes.
Good selection of bar food with live instrumental music. a bit normal! great service.

I find a simple recognition of the program and an apology go on a long way, especially with me. eating was really good but I will never go there, nor recommended redding roadhouse because the service and the customer relations were so poor. regrettable because it is a great looking place.
