Bidra med feedbackWe went there on August 19th in the evening. Bought 3 meals and 3 milkshakes. The hamburgers were decent but there were barely any fries. All 3 fries could of made one. It's also pretty pricey, which I wouldn't mind if the food is good and decent portions. Also the cook kept wiping his hands on his pants and kept pulling his pants up. Very unsanitary. We won't be back.
Great burgers my go to place when wanting a hamburger plus the dip is good also especially after a long day of painting. So, read the review about the service dog and legally they cannot refuse a service dog with its credentials. That person can file a complaint and legal actions would apply. Thats like a blind person walking in and they refuse to allow their dog inside so the owners really need to understand the law on service animals. Yes they can refuse dogs from entering but if it's a service dog then they could face legal actions and that's a whole other ball game you don't want to get involved in because your going to loose. They should educate themselves on knowing what the correct dog tag looks like and ID numbers along with paperwork. Shame on you and get with the program before someone files a complaint and they fine themselves facing legal actions against your business.
Good old fashioned hamburger place that?s been around for a long time. I was really impressed by how good the freshly ground beef patty tasted. That Juicy, well cooked, and delicious fresh beefy steak taste in every bite, very very bueno. All the other items on that cheeseburger I ordered made it taste even better. One of the best hamburgers in Northern California.
We came there with 2 kids with our RV with 4 hours drive ahead of us. Wanted to make sure the kids are good for the drive. Wr have a small 18 lbs. service dog. As we walked in, we were gritted with DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED HERE . I explained to them that he is a SERVICE DOG with an ID and legally he can go anywhere I go by a Federal law. I showed them his ID. They said that they have their own rules and because of the air circulation !!!!!! he is not allowed and they will not service us. They said that we can only get service outside it was 105 F outside that day... . We placed a small order just for the kids didn 't feel like giving them my money and even though we set by a table, the placed a paper bag with the food on the table and walked back in. Didn 't even bother to give us plates. The burgers ware dry and according to my kids worse then McDonald 's .... The fries ware decent. The point is, there is a law. They are not above the federal law. If a police officer will pull them for speeding, they can 't tell him that they have their own rules . We as a society should not support such behavior and we should not enter this restaurant. I 'll never return to this place.
I was told by Redding locals it was a must. I agree. Curious service, but grubby burger and fresh crispy fries. The chocolate malt will take you back. Delicious.
