The Cheesecake Shop Springfield

I ordered a quarter of cheesecake and noticed that the first slice I picked up had a black hair on it. Despite this, I decided to purchase another slice. Unfortunately, the texture was lumpy and not like a traditional baked cheesecake. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience.

We ordered a mudcake for my daughter's birthday, but it wasn't ready for pick up at the designated time even though we had given them days of notice. When we tried to cut the mudcake at the birthday party, it was so delicate that it fell apart. The next day, we returned the cake to the Cheesecake Shop in Booval to ask for a refund, but the store manager was very rude to my wife. She was offered a voucher instead of a refund, which was not acceptable to us, so we insisted on getting our money back. The next day, when I returned with half of the cake, there was only a young employee present who was unaware of the refund policy. I requested to speak to the manager, but was only given the option of taking the voucher or coming back another day. I provided my name and number to the franchise owner, who arranged a meeting in the afternoon. However, he was aggressive and abusive during our conversation. Despite my request for a copy of their refund policy, he refused and stated that I would not be welcome back to his shop.

The staff at this restaurant are all very friendly and the cakes are delicious. Joanne was incredibly helpful in creating our custom cake for a special occasion. The cake was not only beautiful but also helped to make our day perfect.

Friendly helpful service. I bought many articles from their sortiment, but my favorite is the Belgian white mudcake.

The place itself is a little bit small but it is kept clean and service around there is friendly. The cakes are nicely displayed and the time it takes to make them is perfect for us. The cakes are delicious, presentation is nice and everyone...loves the cakes. Have recommended them to many people.
