Papa John's Pizza - Red Deer

Ordered online, food never showed up, called the store and the say they never received the order yet i have the confirmation email as proof. Very poor customer service from location and from the CSR with a follow up phone call, will never order from Papa John 's again in the future.

Ordered for my family, they forgot half the order…well, 1/3 the order. Called to correct it, add another 30 minutes. We will be ordering elsewhere going forward. If they actually meet the 30 minute deadline, I’ll adjust this post. If I haven’t adjusted it, never order from here.

We order pizza in this location toppings is a little bit skimpy not enough.. and we order online we pay delivery charge plus tips which is we give that.. we do understand the food cost is expensive but we fell like it’s a scam they ask double tipping in there machine show up to your door ask another tips. Please reviews this…not sure if we order from you guys again…

Overall good pizza for a chain style place. Just needs more topping as it seems skimping on amount.

Friendly lady working all by herself when I went there, she made me THE BEST food I've ever had from this
