Cleopatras Donair & Pita - Red Deer

We ordered the beef Donair and the chicken shark. All right! The sauces are delicious. Fries cooked to perfect and delicious tzaziki for diving! The baklava is so good! Like nothing I had before! The staff was very friendly.

I ordered for me and my daughter and grandchild. We got Donairs who seemed to have burned meat in them, and the Pita itself was so overcooked that it literally torn in large pieces as you tried to bite it and throw it away. Pommes were so fat that when I took them, they just fled. will never go back here. would give a minus 10 if there were availabel

Don't get me wrong, the food here is top-notch. They make a medium donair and the way they press it is the perfect amount of crabs on the outside. Despite the excellent food, I give a 2 star rating due to...TERRIBLE customer service on several occasions. The mother of the owners worked one day and snorted that we did not leave a tip, although they never had table service, we had once food literally out of the table we took because she gave us the wrong order and many times we have gone and they are only completely unorganized and the food takes too long. Unfortunately, I do not recommend the visitors anywhere.

I personally went and tried almost every Donair place in Red Deer just to see who did the best and once I found Cleo’s, I looked up because once you bite into a crispy Donair from here, your search is finished.

I stop here all the time on my commute from Calgary to Edmonton. And than Today they will not accept my payment. I had 2 different credit cards and they would not use either. One MasterCard and one American Express. Although had they already made...it and maybe been at a loss they would have manually entered my credit card but because I walked in they refused. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
