Boston Pizza - Red Deer

I visited this place for wing nights and happy hour wings after work, at several places they made me very sick, the wings are overcooked in dirty oil, they have come to table dark brown instead of a golden color. I had pommes and gravur and the gravur was dirty down in pot. last night was the last time I had to eat at this place something that pays for something to make me sick is not a good time.

Here the situation on the gasoline alley did not remain open, and they really wanted to go to a boston pizza. had no trouble getting a table for four of us. the place was air-conditioned, which was great in the heat of the day...and the staff was cleaning and sanitary tables between use. server was pleasant and eager, brings drinks quickly. we ordered the same time as two other families came and sat near us. somehow they served first, not sure how maybe they ordered earlier? but don't worry about how we weren't in a hurry. grilled chicken salad looked a solid plate like the clubhouse huhn (cutlery would have been useful here, but was left off with the French wobble soup and wobble rings. add a fragrance of the generic hot sauce to swirl rings, whose baked teig is thicker than the swirl does not make them enter the smallest. once one had dug through the burned crust on the suppe, it was not bad, but also not above average. coordinating a common meal is a challenge to time, but if the dish is burned under the grilled, they send it if the cheese on the top bubblingen should not protect the suppe underneath. I don't know if the lunch break of 3 separated families was too much of a challenge, but this has not led to other experiences at bp. is a return to order? unfortunately not soon.

We haven't been at a bp for years because of a bad experience, we bought two different oilers tickets for a 100$ and got a 25 gift certificate for bp. we went a few weeks ago to the red deer north location and...was ok. tonight we went to the red deer south location on the gatze ave 32 street. we have placed our order on a beer, waiter came back I guess we did not have this kind in this place,ordered different kind. order banderra brot asked about 1000island dressing, apparently have not such a thing at this place. we were brought a order of chicken wings, which were apparently a kitchen mistake, and our waiter told us that we had, how will show that they were as good as north location. the banderra bread arrived and was cold, overcooked and not comparable to the north location. husbands pizza arrived cold and not very appetizing, my chickenburger arrived and was so hard could not bite through them. all in all, the worst restaurant meal has been for some time, and although not charged for anything other than the drinks, we will not come back.

My wife and I arrived today before 1940 in boston pizza on gaetz ave south. we sat on a table in the middle of the lounge. after more than 20 minutes we stood up and went without service. there were many tables where people were served around us. we even asked a waitress to help, and she answered, I don't know who her waitress is "this was the most disappointing service and experience we have ever come back. I should also mention that we have observed that several other people come and go without service as well. as a company, owner and management please do their potential remaining customers a please and improve their service levels to identify and serve those who show on their establishment.

Service was great. Food was awesome! Definitely will be back again. We had the Boston Brute spinach dip and French onion soup. Delicious.
