Bidra med feedbackWe got to the venue, they didn’t have our booking on the system for 8pm we had to hang around nearly an hour before getting a table when we got sat down and ordered our food, there were a group sat behind us that left and didn’t pay as they were waiting so long for there food, we ended up eating at 10:30pm the lady serving us was great we could see the whole place was in a bit of a mess but the lady serving us really did make it a better, the food was good but as I said had to wait a really good, shame they overbooked and couldn’t handle what bookings they had. If it wasn’t for the lady we would’ve left.
In all fairness it was just ‘ok’. Even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy my finished plate and my daughters plate were cleared away even though my husband and son were still eating and dessert menus forced on us when they were still eating their main meal.....I’ve no idea what the rush was all about! The pizza was good but the pasta was unfortunately mediocre which is a shame because we have eaten here loads of times and the first time I’ve felt disappointed.
I particularly enjoy this Zizzi location for the children.
Booked on line rang them to confirm but on arrival... no booking!? Staff friendly, quiet evening so got us a table straight away half hour earlier) Coeliac Vegan options, lovely wine and staff. Very noisy as there were large groups. Overall a great evening
As i entered, my eyes were squinting due to the extremely bright light and it was very noisy. The waiter made up for it. He was very helpful. Luckily there was an Italian cookbook by the side that provided as a quiz book for us. The food was good so it seems like we had entered the restaurant at a wrong time.
