Panera Bread - Reading

Half filled bowl of cold soup. Never got the text my order was ready and they let it sit on the counter for like 10 mins before I finally went up to ask. Was pretty busy so just thought it wasn’t ready yet one to find out it had been sitting there all along . My friend got two chicken teriyaki bowls want to take home to her husband and it was barely enough to feed a toddler definitely not a $13 meal will not be going back!

When able my sister and i will meet for breakfast or lunch every now and again.The food is always good yes pricey but that's why we only go there occasionally. Anytime I had a problem management always seems to be helpful resolving any kind of problem I may have had even if it was my mistake, for instant my sister and I were recently there and I had ordered the steak egg and cheese on whole wheat not realizing that the steak was less than medium I could not eat it ,the manager was very kind took my food and made me something different and this is why I will continue to go there.

What we thought was crowded and busy with a long wait was far from the truth...waited minimal time to place our order, found our seating quickly and before you knew it we were being served....great tasting soups, salad and sandwiches...love Panera Bread!!!

I patronize Panera Bread for one reason: Their delicious, Dark Roast, Costa Rican Café from the Tarrazú region of my adopted country. A cup or two of 'Café con Leche ' with a buttered baguette puts me in my happy place!

Not only do I get a free bagel everyday this month but got an extra treat this morning for having to wait with a sincere apology! Started my day off with a smile
