Libby's Bbq - Reading

I ordered through DoorDash and was really disappointed. The meat quality was lacking, there were only about seven tater tots, and they didn’t include any utensils or napkins. If I had known it was just Ruby Tuesday’s, I wouldn’t have bothered placing the order at all. I’m not impressed!

My meal, along with my husband's spare ribs, was the worst I've ever experienced. I'm not sure if the food was spoiled or not. I've always enjoyed dining at TGI Fridays in the past.

My fiancé and I ordered ribs, and we got pulled pork for the kids. Unfortunately, everything was dry and lacked sufficient sauce. To make matters worse, both of us ended up with food poisoning. Thankfully, the kids didn't want to eat their meals, so they were fine.

I placed an order through Grubhub, and when the driver arrived to pick it up about 30 minutes later, they were informed that my order was unavailable. Consequently, my order had to be canceled, with the notification citing an unavailable item. Instead of canceling the order without any prior notice, they could have contacted me to let me know. The cancellation occurred just 15 to 25 minutes before the scheduled delivery time. Overall, this experience reflects very poor customer service.

I ordered the half rack of ribs with fries and was a little hesitant after reading some of the previous reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The ribs were generously seasoned with black pepper, which paired wonderfully with the sweet barbecue sauce, and the meat was tender. Most importantly, I felt great afterward! The fries were average; they could have used a bit more seasoning and weren't crispy at all. Overall, it’s a fantastic value and significantly better than the ribs from Applebee's on Fifth Street.
