Bidra med feedbackHorrible customer service, everytime I go to the drive thru one of the employees always respond in a moody manner. They messed up my order and didn't pick up the phone, so I waited until the next day and they failed honor what THEY forgot due to noreceipt. Maybe next time don't ask people if they want their receipt or not if your gonna forget items.
I was the second car in drive through and it took her 10 minutes to take my order. My drink wasn?t right, never received a straw or a bag for my sandwhich. She almost forgot to take my money and never told me that they only had decaf. By far the worstDunkin.
I don?t normally leave reviews but this specific Dunkin store is just so bad. I would give this negative stars if I could. OVER 10 times I?ve given the benefit of the doubt to this place. Obviously working in any fast food place is overwhelming, but thedisrespect, lack of organization, and poor customer service is truly horrendous. I?ve finally had it today when they gave meonly my drink and not my food. I politely mentioned I also ordered food and the lady rolled her eyes, practically threw the bagat me, and gave me an attitude. I drove away trying to rationalize that maybe she was having a rough day but the cherry on thecake was that one of the food items was missing. I know mistakes happen and people have rough days but for things like this tohappen over 10 times is just extra. Also I was never reimbursed for all the items I?ve had missing. I love the Dunkin franchise,it?s just this specific store. If you want a good Dunkin check out the one on Lancaster Pike.
My fiance and I love this Dunkin location. She's there daily and I'm there once or twice a week. Great staff and they get our orders right every time.
I went to the Dunkin? Donuts on State Hill Road today Tuesday, July 5, 2022 with my daughter to get a quick iced coffee and a sandwich and hashbrowns? They clearly had someone knew there because she repeated my order two or three times she could not hearme say that I wanted one order of hashbrowns which are six pieces she kept repeating me and saying that I wanted six orders ofhashbrowns? I politely said no and then when she asked me if I wanted anything else I ordered a sandwich and then she repeatedthat and then when she asked me if I wanted anything else I said I would like to order a medium iced coffee when you can? I waspolite? It was clear I was speaking to someone that did not understand English very well, either that or could not find thebuttons on the register? as soon as I told her let me know when you are ready? Another girl took over the intercom and rudelysaid ?we are so short staffed right now? Please don?t give us an attitude? well with her remark she was giving me, the customeran attitude? And I don?t appreciate it so I said never mind never mind I don?t want anything and I drove away? Her attituderuined me ordering anything from there I used to really like that place I will never go back? Your service was extremely POORTODAY ? And if you?re shortstaffed then either don?t put somebody on the register that doesn?t know what they?re doing yet) meaning they clearly need more training? or make sure that someone is knowledgeable at that time of day, when you are busy andknow you are going to have lines of cars wanting placing orders . I am really angry right now so I am posting this review. Istill cannot believe that an an employee actually told me, a customer to not get an attitude? There?s other ways of sayingthings like please be patient with us or I apologize for the confusion? Anything? But absolutely not ?don?t be giving us anattitude?!!!
