Dunkin' - Reading

I ordered through DoorDash today. I ordered a latte and 2 wraps. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong two wraps and the items inside were somewhat burnt. (I received 2 sausage wraps instead of 2 bacon ones. I can't eat sausage.)This sucks for me because i ordered during my break and it was too late for the order to be remade. I know mistakes happen but i work long shifts so now I'm stuck being hangry for the next 6 hours, since that was my only break.The latte was fine.

Horrible experience! Placed an order for curbside pickup, after waiting for over 20 minutes I had to go through the drive-through. My food had been sitting for over 20 mins, when I refused the food because it was cold they reheated it!! The workers were extremely rude, no apology at all. After arguing with them they finally made me a new order. Absolutely ridiculous! If you want a good meal don’t waste your money or time at this disgusting location.

Your workers shouldn’t be giving customers attitudes because THEY made the wrong thing. Especially on a mobile order. All you have to do is READ. I’m never on Penn St so rarely come to this location. I’ll continue to avoid it.

Amethyst greeted me with a huge smile and was so patient with my girls picking out donuts. Ben made my coffee perfect super hot and was always working. This dunkin is great they are always busy so the food is fresh.

Worst Dunkin' I have ever been too. Workers are unprofessional and the drinks are the worst drinks I've gotten from a Dunkin'.
