Bidra med feedbackThe ice cream was delicious, but they gave me a flimsy plastic spoon, which made it difficult to enjoy it fully. It wasn’t a major issue, though. I had the waffle cone, but the chocolate topping didn’t taste great. Despite that, the ice cream itself was fantastic.
I spent over $40, including the tip and delivery fee, for one large and two pints. The large was significantly bigger and had a lot more ice and toppings compared to the pints, which were only about the size of a 1-cup measuring cup. I really felt like I didn’t get my money’s worth!
Absolutely love Coldstone and get excited when I see every location! This is the place to get the most visits. I love creating your own options. There are always so many flavor and topping options that are endless. The signature options are always good. There's something for everyone!
I literally left this cold stone without my ice. I bought a milkshake and a smoothie and the sum came to $14 and some changes, I typed $2.00, making it $16 and some cents. I go to pay with my card and first I was charged twice and I was refunded the money for the second fee, but still the initial payment of $16 and some changes was calculated. The girl who instructed me, ask her employee for help who later called the man. He told the manager what happened and gave me the phone. I told the manager what's happening, but he didn't say anything he can do there. He also said that I would have to be recharged for the milkshake and smoothie, even though I am already charged. I'll ask him how fair it is when I've already paid. After I'm back for a few moments and fourth, I wonder if I could have the regional manager number or his boss number. He told me he was the owner and he had a business to keep. I ask him if he would pay for something he didn't get, he told me he didn't want it. For me, Man Preef, the owner of this site more about $16 than a customer satisfaction. He honestly took care that he didn't get his $16, then he took care of the customer. Just to put the record straight I personally do not believe that customers are always right, but this time I was right, especially when the money has already been deducted from my account.
The ice cream was fantastic, but I faced an issue when I needed to use the restroom, which was closed due to COVID restrictions. It's frustrating that I can be close to my ice cream without a mask, yet the restroom is off-limits for hygiene reasons. I wish the establishment would reconsider and recognize that it's not only safe but also important for customers to have access to restrooms and wash their hands.
