Jimmy John's - Raytown

1/25/24Went in for lunch today. It's been years since I've been at a Jimmy John's. I ordered I paid and not only did I not get the pickle I asked for I didn't even get any napkins. Luckily I was still there and I asked for them both.Everything else was just fine.

This location is da bomb! I go out of my way to eat here instead of other locations closer to where I live and work (Belton and Overland Park, you know who you are). They got a bunch of crazies working here! But in a good way ? Super friendly service, and they ain't screwed up my order yet; Lord knows I've given them enough chances!Wheelchair accessibility: They have a drive thru.

Food is okay services, okay, eh atmosphere is okay. Nothing extraordinary about anything. a lot of over price sandwiches. You cannot get one for under $10. And that is for a half. Called three separate times was placed on hold in the middle of an order to be left on hold for over three minutes on each occasion.

Was warmly greeted immediately upon entering, thanked twice, once upon completion of my order and when leaving. My sandwich was made before I was even done paying!
