Old Chicago - Rapid City

Took forever to get food, made a reservation and seated immediately. Had our food about an hour later and it was cold

Terrible service from hostess. Acted like it was a bother to seat people .. waited 5 minutes at door.. then told seat ourselves. Then waited 5 minutes for menus .. waiting for food for 45 minutes... Wait for bill.etc etc

A little busy, but food was hot and fresh. Tasted amazing

The two salads were incorrect and had to be remade. The waiter was kind and efficient. It wasn’t James fault. When the new ones came, no avocado in my ch chicken, or bacon. Garlic cheese bread delicious. Going to cut you some slack as staffing is difficult. We’ll try again.

Great bar atmosphere…Watched College BB during dinner! OC pizza was awesome. Received our table on Open Table was very easy
