Maple Street Bbq - Rapid City

Pretty good food but going out of business? I think it is the location in the mall, would probably do better as a stand alone facility.

To start with, this is a Dickies BBQ operating as if it's not a chain, it's a cafeteria type line, carry your own food, get your own drink, the special was a two meat sandwich but they were out of one of the meats? so they offered to double up on the other meat making it a barely normal sandwich. Incredibly disappointed, I will never return.

Brisket was a little tough. Good smoked turkey. Good service! Will go back!

Food was extremely salty the chicken and the turkey, my friend had to go to doctor that night his blood pressure was so high.

The food is always amazing and delicious! The spicy barbecue sauce goes good OK everything. The free ice cream is a perfect ending to a great meal! ?
