Little Caesars Pizza - Rapid City

Ordered Detroit style deep dish meal deal with a 2 litter Pepsi thru door dash did not get the 2 litter the door dash driver does not accept responsibility for not picking up or checking that the order is correct and little chasers refuses to answertheir phone this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY 2 COMPANIES IN RAPID CITY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH EITHERONE

The staff was very friendly, i waited to pick up some pizza for our dnd session and the front teller had some awesome pins and painted finger nails. I would say that I did have to ask for my number and order, Im a little socially awkward so asking for mynumber took some mental prep but I i got my food hot and yummy. I hope the staff keeps up the great work!

It was good until I found a hair baked into my pizza, kinda gross that they ain't using hair nets to cook there pizza. It was a ready to go pizza.

Very poor customer service Apparently if you go inside after 10:30pm they just hand out your pizza to the first person to walk in for free just so the employees can go home early

I like this location, on West main, more than the others. There's a better chance there will be items ready to grab and go. The staff is always nice and the customers a lot less sketchy than the other 2 locations. Although if I'm on the other side of town,I wouldn't hesitate to go to the other locations.
