Ben Jerry's - Rancho Mirage

I visited the restaurant after dinner for some shakes. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, I gave it a low rating because our shakes were more liquid than thick. They quickly disappeared, which was a bit disappointing. I'm sure the shakes are usually good, but it would be nice if they could pay more attention to their consistency.

If you want to experience poor customer service firsthand, this is the restaurant to try. Unfortunately, it's true. While the ice was refreshing, the service left much to be desired. This incident occurred on Labor Day at around 5:30 PM. I felt it necessary to reach out because management may want to address the issue; it wasn't the tall staff member, but the shorter one. I don't usually write reviews, but my friend was very disappointed by the unfriendliness and lack of courtesy.

Exceptional service! The young man who took care of us really made our day brighter. He was warm and attentive. While we enjoyed our delicious ice cream, he worked tirelessly around the shop, making sure everything was clean and orderly. Such an impressive work ethic! It was a delightful experience to visit.

The ice cream is exclusive to their locations! The Carmel Blondie was delicious! There’s outdoor seating available in a beautiful setting.
