They shouldn't automatically add a 15% tip to the bill, and then offer additional tipping options on top of that. Tips should reflect the quality of the service received. If they need to increase their profits, they should raise the food prices instead and allow good service to earn its own rewards. It's ironic how they really hit your wallet hard.
The food was good, but the service was lacking. We waited 30 minutes just to get a waiter's attention, and when we finally did, they brought us the bill instead of taking our order. We only managed to order three rolls.
This is a lovely sushi restaurant where the food came out quickly, was fresh, and tasted amazing.
Terrible service. The food was cold, and we had to remind our server to bring our meals. By the time we got our food, half the table had already finished eating. They also have a mandatory 15% gratuity. I won't be returning. Food rating: 1/5.
