I asked for coffee and water same time. They charge for the cups for getting a cup of water. I am shocked. Hilarious! ???

I love their offerings but they've been slowly getting rid of good options. They no longer have coconut milk or soy milk. They also just got rid of their no sugar added mocha powder. Those 3 options were very popular among my family members. Definitely disappointed they no longer have them.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options to choose from.

Constantly slow, regularly messes up my drinks(it's literally hot milk and a scoop of powder... how hard is this) Today they said my card was declined(it wasn't) and asked for another card. I got home and they charged the first card once, and the second card twice. The number for the store doesn't work so now I have to waste a bunch of time either dealing with corporate or my banks. Honestly the only thing keeping this place in business is the fact its the only coffee shop between the freeway and so many homes.
