They have pretty good food but probably the last time I eat here unless I'm really craving it since the 3 times I come here if there's 2 or 3 people in line it'll take at least 20 minutes and 2 times I've come here its extra time waited for chicken to be ready and don't get me started on the attitude and horrible service I've gotten the 3 times I've come here like i understand you have bad days but cant be everytime I come here. I just hope they get better so I can come back

Not worth it anymore. It use to be one of my favorite places to eat. With dine in we would get plates and silverware now everything is plastic. Portions are smaller and prices are higher. The sides were all bland. The only thing that was good was the chicken. This place is definitely on its last leg. Not worth the money anymore.

They've really let this place get run down. One employee charging and packing orders so it's been 30 minutes and still haven't received my order. They currently have someone who went to San Dimas to pick up supplies. THERE ARE NO CUPS FOR OUR DRINK. The lady told me if I have a cup in my car I can use that. Geez. We are still having COVID cases in the IE. How is that sanitary? The tables are all sticky. Floor is all dirty. They should just close it down. Update: my chicken was tough and rubbery.

This place did not impress. Went for a meatloaf dinner with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese for my husband since he had some dental work done. The meatloaf was not good. It didn't taste fresh, not a lot of flavor, and the softness was also not there. The cashier was rude toward me and seemed like he didn't want to be there. I asked if they made their meatloaf with a ketchup like sauce since that's the norm. And if i could have some on the side. Instead of trying to understand, I found out he gave me barbecue sauce. He had no knowledge of his menu, of meatloaf, and also no care for customer service. I won't be going back to this bland and boring place with dull staff.

It pays to go here as early as possible. I came here yesterday at opening. I was getting the awesome family deal for 4 for $20, which is normally about $35 to $40. I received 4 big sides of red potatoes, Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy and broccoli. I also got 2 meats, quarter white meat chicken and 4 good slices of meat loaf as well as 4 cornbreads. All was great. Tried to get my birthday free dessert. All they are offering were cookies as I was told they would be discontinuing desserts. But the employee offered me one more large side so I got sweet potato. Was like a dessert! Everything was so fresh and good here! I also ordered a pot pie! That was even great too! If you missed this Labor Day Weekend deal, you really missed out!!!
