Brothers Smokehouse - Ramsey

My family loves this restaurant! It’s nicely decorated and the ambiance is great. The food is always delicious it’s hard to pick a favorite! We’ve been a few times already and will continue go regularly since we’re such big fans. Today, we actually attended the Brunch with Santa event what a great time! It was so nicely executed. We all loved the brunch style food and had a blast!

We had a great time a Brothers. The service and food were amazing. Our server Leyton was awesome. He gave us great service and was very attentive. Joseph the manager came by our table, was very friendly as well. They both made sure we were having a great time. The BBQ is the best in the area. Some of the best brisket and pull pork I ever had. Can’t wait to go back.Parking: There is a lot of parking in the back

I've had takeout multiple times and was never disappointed but the brisket was very tough and not consumable. Considering weather I order from here again.

Paid over $200 for a brother's special which suppose to have 3 sides. They didn't have the chicken so they offered more ribs and pulled pork. Damn what a waste, I thought about canceling but maybe it won't be so bad . Then they forgot my 3 sides, I called back and they said they would come back and bring the sides but now it's an hour later. I'm over it never again not even for a holiday.

Aunt Edna's chicken used to be my favorite but something has changed and it was overcooked, over seasoned and so salty it was not edible. I took it back to Brothers and they returned with what was supposed to be a new order yet it was exactly what I brought back but they warmed it up. I threw it all away and will contact the customer service about my experience.
